Welcome to ApplyPilot (https://applypilot.tech/). By visiting or using our website and services, you agree to follow the terms of service outlined below. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.

1. Overview

ApplyPilot is a web-based platform that provides structured summaries called "playbooks" that include insights, and strategy breakdowns generated from publicly available content posted by industry leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs on X/Twitter social platform.

2. Accounts

To access all features of ApplyPilot, you are required to create an account by signing in with Google. With the sign in, you provide us your name and email address.

3. Billing and Payment

Payment authorization. When you purchase a subscription on ApplyPilot, you authorize ApplyPilot (and its payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes. You agree to keep your payment information accurate, current, and complete.

Free Explorer plan. ApplyPilot offers a free Explorer plan that allows new users to try the platform before purchasing a subscription. The free plan includes the ability to create 1 playbook and read 2 additional playbooks from the discovery section. This level of access is intended to help you evaluate whether the service provides value before deciding to upgrade or offboard.

Price changes. ApplyPilot may change the subscription price for future billing periods. If a price increase applies, you'll be notified by e-mail suitably and your continued use after the effective date of the increase will constitute your acceptance of the new price.

Subscription plans and billing cycles. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis—such as monthly—according to the plan you select. Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing or account settings page. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again unless you reactivate or purchase a new subscription. Cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund.

Refunds. You may request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have used fewer than 3 quotas (playbook creations). This limitation helps prevent abuse of the refund policy. A refund can be requested directly from the refund button in your billing settings. Once activated, ApplyPilot registers your request, processes the refund, and immediately cancels your subscription. At that moment, you no longer have access to all playbooks. Except as described above — or where required by law — all subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. Updates to Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. When changes are made, we'll update the "Effective Date" date, post the new version on this page, and you will be notified of any changes via email.
